AWAH Z2 Rope Slippage Fall Test (210 kg Weight)

Test ropes: a regular static rope and the dedicated rope supplied with the AWAH Z2.
Test results: after repeated fall impact tests, the regular static rope slips out of the rope sheave, posing a fall risk; the dedicated rope shows significantly less slippage and offers higher safety.
Additional notes:
1. The test weight was 210 kg, exceeding the rated working load limit of 150 kg; conducting multiple impact tests in a short period caused the rope sheave to heat up, making slippage or rope sheath rupture more likely.
2. Performance advantages of the dedicated rope: the rope sheath has strengthened twist, improving abrasion resistance and reducing elongation; the core is braided with three strands for more even load distribution, increasing breaking strength by about 35%; the sheath is made of high-strength polyester for better UV resistance; this structure maintains good flexibility and does not easily become stiff after repeated use.
