AWAH Z2 Input Assembly and Friction Hook Upgrade Notice
The AWAH Z2 has been upgraded!
New products ship from the factory with the upgrade; we recommend upgrading older units.
Dear Z2 and Z2-R customers:
If your product was purchased on or before October 26, 2023, and its serial number falls within the scope listed in this notice, we recommend sending it back to the manufacturer for the upgrade. With this upgrade, the one-way component improved reliability, eliminated jitter during lifting, and enhanced the friction hook's abrasion resistance and controllability during descent.
Note: Products manufactured on or after October 27, 2023 already come with the latest components and do not require another upgrade.

Notes:
1. Our first-batch customers (VIP) trusted us unconditionally and helped us complete the development, field testing, and mass production of the AWAH Z2. Without the support of the first-batch customers, the AWAH Z2 would never have reached the market. Therefore, the first-batch customers' Z2 units are upgraded free of charge, with customers bearing the round-trip shipping costs.
2. For voluntary upgrades on units purchased on or before August 31, 2023, we charge only the cost price of the upgrade components, with customers bearing the round-trip shipping costs.
3. Units purchased from September 1, 2023 (inclusive) to October 26, 2023 (inclusive) are upgraded free of charge, with customers bearing the round-trip shipping costs.
In summary, the cost fees for upgrade components come in CNY 175.00, CNY 190.00, CNY 275.00, and CNY 290.00 — four tiers in total.
IV. Upgrade Method
Since batch upgrades may cause goods to pile up, please be sure to first follow the WeChat official account “AWAH”, complete the product registration, and accurately fill in your name, mobile number and shipping address, so that the after-sales maintenance department can ship accurately and prevent wrong or missed shipments.

2. To modify your shipping information: as shown in the figure below, click “Settings — Modify” and accurately fill in your correct personal information as required.
3. After registering your product and filling in your personal information, please send your Z2 or Z2-R to the following after-sales service address.(Note: Please pay the postage in advance and do not choose collect on delivery; round-trip postage is at the customer's own expense.)
